Paris has reportedly been hounding Rob with calls in a last minute attempt to get his approval - and ultimately win over the casting directors of the film.

A source tells Star magazine, "She has also had her manager call the casting agent to lobby for a part on her behalf.

"She is desperate for people to take her seriously as an actress and thinks she'd be perfect to play one of the vampires.

"She's even willing to play a victim - she just wants in."

I'm so tired of all this Paris Hilton business with Mr. Hunky Spunk and trying to capitalize on the Twilight Saga, so I'm not going to grace ya'll with her picture. Instead, admire your favorite Twilight hunks...
