ET's Extended Cut- New Moon secrets *spoiler*

Thanks to ROBsessed for this yummy gem!!

You know you're a Twilight Obessed Mom when....

The Robsten girls count down their list of TOM moments- what are yours?

4. You only have playdates with other TOMs so you can talk Twilight since things you talked about before Twilight are mundane and boring (things like who drank too many cocktails at your child’s school fundraiser and flirted with the VP).

5. You have considered flushing your child’s goldfish so that you can bring a new pet into the family and name him Edward simply so you can say, “Has Edward eaten yet today?”
Gil's Last Swim :( by Somewhat Frank.
Bye, bye, Goldie- gotta make room for Edward!

KStew doing her job like a pro- shouting words from the book. *spoiler*

Kristen takes her work seriously, and screams "Edward!" like in the book. Whew. Thanks, Vampirefreak101 for the on-set tweets!!

Edward's airbrushed 6-pack confirmed!

This twit from set-stalker bellafira confirms the abs are airbrushed.

Note: I dreamed about this last night. Yes, I did. And I've come to the conclusion that Rob has worked on some amazing abs, but being so pale, needs some definition. Same reason why bodybuilders tan and oil themselves up- to make their muscles pop. So just because the abs are airbrushed doesn't mean he doesn't have a rocking body in his own right....

Note to Twi-Babies: This is NOT the *authentic* Pocket Edward Doll...

You can either take out your 5 year old's *gently used* Ken doll, gel his hair and gob him up with glitter, or you can go on EBay and pay near 40 bucks for the same thing.

Oh, but the one on EBay is dubbed "Sparkling Edward Cullen." Guess that makes it worth the extra cash... and friends, the auction ends May 5. Hurry and become the umpteenth, most stupid Twilighter alive, FIRST bidder...

Heck, I'll have my 7 year old do it and charge you only $20....

Thanks to Elfie for the scare chuckle of the night!

So he doesn't sparkle well in the sun. Check out the real deal HERE!

Edward's No Emo

Robert Pattinson's motivation for Edward Cullen does not involve an "Emo" mentality. He explains to Film.com how he views Edward's innner torment:

Edward Cullen / Robert Pattinson by AC Lima.

"I don't really know what emo is to be honest. Does it mean you're in touch with your emotions? I think he's kind of the opposite.

"He's spent his entire life repressing everything. He's kind of ashamed of himself when he lets his facade of formality break. When Bella comes into his life. He doesn't want to feel anything. He wants to make his world smaller and smaller because he doesn't feel like he belongs in it.

"He either want to be a human or die because his existence is completely pointless. That's why he doesn't talk to anyone. He doesn't really feel anything in the book apart from when Bella comes. He's literally counting the cracks in the wall and stuff.

"Every single day is exactly the same thing. If he feels anything he shuts it down immediately. He doesn't let himself feel anything at all, so I guess it's the opposite. Or he's a closet emo."

Did movie Edward say "I love you" to Bella? Contemplating the romance of New Moon...

In the book, "Twilight", Edward tells Bella he loves her. Though a forthcoming declaration of love was omitted from the movie, speculation is circling the net that during the garage scene, Edward whispers "I love you" to Bella before Alice and Jasper whisk her off and away from nomad vampire, James. Look at about 2:01... does it look like he whispers "I love you" to her?

Amanda from the Twilight Examiner ponders the glaring omission of Edward/Bella's exchange, and looks towards New Moon with a burning question: Will Edward propose to Bella?

She writes: In New Moon, Edward's proposal to Bella takes place shortly after Bella explains to Edward that, of all the things she could want in the world, she would want him to be the one to bring her to "the change." The conversation, though beginning as a fairly casual one, becomes serious in the span of a moment.

While Catherine Hardwicke did not forget to incorporate that element of the Twilight saga (that is, the sudden shifts from light chatter into deep conversation between Edward and Bella) into Twilight (and, some contend, perhaps too much so), the fact that there were no three word exchanges makes it even more difficult for The Twilight Saga: New Moon to adequately present a faithful translation of the book to film.

Ack. Now I have new "New Moon" anxieties. I suppose it's the control freak in me.

O.M.E. *drops dead*

Edward Cullen vs. Angel: Who Would Alice Bet On?

MTV talked to Michelle Trachtenberg, who isn't sure who she'd put her money on. "I think Angel's bigger than Edward Cullen, just physically, so it would be a battle to the pointy teeth. We'd have to see it play out. I couldn't possibly predict it."

Twilight and Edward... from a dude's perspective

Ladies, enjoy reading about what your husbands REALLY think about our obsession with everything Twilight.... oh, and Edward. The name "Edward" alone has become every woman's code word for "swoon", and every man's nemesis.

Here's a snippet; you MUST read the entire article to gain full perspective:

"I was hoping to at least put off my fate for an extra day or two, but nope. Didn’t happen. Colette bought a copy of the film Saturday morning, and by Saturday night she was already batting her eyes at me and asking if I wanted to watch it with her. In hindsight, I should have held out until she rolled out the really good bribes, but I’d had a couple drinks at dinner and figured it was a rare opportunity for me to appear magnanimous. “What the heck, go ahead and pop it in,” I said, magnanimously.

"So we started watching "Twilight," and I found myself waiting for the first appearance of this dude Edward. He’s the romantic male lead in the story, which I know because I feel like I practically live with the guy. For well over a year, I’ve heard Colette and the girls gush over him, and how he’s super-hot, and ... well, and how he’s super-hot. You know how, if you’re a chick, you kind of hate people like Angelina Jolie, the one woman that pretty much every guy fawns over? Well, Edward is that guy for us dudes. I’m sure there are women out there who aren’t hot for Edward, but I haven’t met any of them yet.
Edward Cullen by Mrs.Lexi Cullen.
"Every time Edward walked on screen, the first thing I noticed was that hair. That ridiculous, three-inches-high, pointing-in-every-direction hair. His hair always looked like a mongoose had a seizure in it while he strolled through a hurricane. It was the dumbest thing I’d ever seen. The worst part of it all was that the actor who played Edward, Rob Pattinson, somehow made it look good. Scratch that. He made it look, though I am loath to use my favorite word of all time in this context, awesome.

Thanks for the tip, Regina and Hope!!

Robward's pecs and hair look great in cartoon form

How to Write Good cartoonized one of my favorite scences of Twilight (simply because Robward looks soo incredibly yummy. Those pecs! That hair! That sultry voice!):
